Despite this effort, the feet are often the most neglected body part and do not remember them until we have a problem as corns and nails.

Corns appear as a protective response against repeated friction or pressure, usually due to inappropriate footwear. Calluses also can occur on the hands by the constant use of any tools. However, the calluses on the feet are the most painful and annoying, and those who do, are desperate, get rid of them.
