Citrus fruits are mainly used in summer to prepare refreshing juices.
However, they are much more important because, by its high content of vitamin C may help prevent various cancers, reduces the risk of anemia, cataracts and other diseases.

Citrus Varieties
- Files: Contains vitamin C (46 g) and potassium (130 mg) and, therefore, is considered a remedy for colds and sore throats.
- Lemons: Contains vitamin C (53 g) and potassium (140 mg). There are thousands of remedies where the lemon is the main ingredient for fungi including, sore throat, etc..
