Circulation problems occur when blood vessels lose elasticity making it difficult the journey of blood through the body.
This situation is caused by a variety of factors like high cholesterol, low-fiber diet consume excess salt and sodium and not drinking enough liquids among others ..
The symptoms of poor blood circulation are:
- Cold hands and feet,
- Heaviness of the legs

- Sluggishness
- Night cramps
- While it is true that the genetic component may have some influence on appearance of this abnormality, it is also important to take time and help our body to self heal through the following remedies that apply to poor circulation in the feet, legs and other body parts:
Folk Remedies
- Remedy for running # 1: Take a glass of water daily which has stirred a pinch of ground cayenne pepper.
- Remedy for movement # 2: A grandmother who knew the remedy to improve blood circulation in the feet is to introduce them, preferably at night, in a bowl with hot water which has dissolved red pepper.
- Remedy for movement # 3: In Eastern countries there is a traditional remedy which must be made with ginger baths feet. To prepare this bath must be mixed fourth ground ginger root in two quarts of boiling water and then they must enter the water feet.
- Remedy for movement # 4: Take ginkgo biloba tea: it is an excellent remedy that dilates blood vessels and increases circulation, making artery walls elastic.
- Remedy for movement # 5: Make a foot bath to stimulate circulation with 1 gallon of water vapor and 1 / 2 cup fresh mint. Pour hot water in a heat-resistant container large enough to accommodate both feet.

- Remedy for movement # 6: Prepare a bath with 15 grams of horse chestnut leaves dry, 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves, 2 teaspoons of fresh nettle leaves and 2 cups water. Mix ingredients and pour hot water. Then let cool for 20 minutes. Pour into the bath mixed with four liters of water.
- Remedy for movement # 7: Mix a tablespoon of rosemary and a teaspoon of rue in a pint of water and boil for 10 minutes. Then let cool for five minutes and wash your feet with the preparation preferably in the morning or before bed ..
- Remedy for running # 8: Boil in plenty of water a handful of rosemary, elderberry, horsetail, burdock, pine and comfrey. Let stand for 30 minutes, drain and add to bathwater. Stay in the bath for 15 minutes. On leaving the bath, wrapped in a large towel and stay involved for 10 minutes.
Recommendation
To prevent poor circulation, the following is recommended:
- Eating foods rich in potassium such as vegetables, vegetables, fruits (bananas).
