There are people whose skin is very fragile and the slightest touch the points with a bruise not always good effect especially among people who take blood thinners.
Others are sensitive only to violent shaking, but in both the following symptoms occur:
- Pain
- Inflammation
- Skin discoloration (purple stain).
- The size of the bruise indicates the intensity of the blow and when they are very large and painful it may be a fracture in the surrounding bone.
- Below is a series of popular home remedies that are meant to "strike out" that is, the pain is as short as possible and prevent hematoma formation.
Folk Remedies
- Remedy for bruising # 1: A very old traditional remedy is to apply, as soon as you get hit, too cold compresses or ice chips on the affected area.
- Remedy for bruising # 2: Almond Crush fresh leaves and make them into a poultice to prevent hematoma formation.
- Remedy for bruising # 3: Make a poultice with fresh leaves of angelica.
- Remedy for bruising # 4: Implement immediately a steak (steak) Beef on the point of impact to reduce pain and prevent hematoma formation.
- Remedy for Bruises # 5: Prepare a paste of ground parsley and a little butter and then rub it bruised area without exerting much pressure
- Remedy for bruising # 6: Another very good remedy to prevent the formation of a hematoma is to put on a compress of arnica bruises, it is available in pharmacies or, if you like, you can produce a liter of boiling water for 15 minutes which is added, after that time, a handful of leaves of arnica.

- Remedy for bruising # 12: Pour 1 / 2 liter of boiling water on two small handful of crushed marigold. Let stand for 15 minutes, make a compress and apply on the painful area.
- Remedy for bruising # 13: Dissolve 10 drops of essential oil of immortelle plant in 1 tablespoon almond oil. Apply the preparation with a moistened cotton ball in warm water. Left in place for the night. This is an ideal choice for small bumps
