  If you have not been around a gym, or both had a weight training class in college, I suggest you four or five sessions with a trainer. Tell your goals and be comfortable setting modest goals to start. Currently I’m back, biceps and abs on Friday and Saturday and chest, shoulders, triceps and abs on Friday and Saturday and about fifteen minutes on the elliptical to each time. A trainer can show exercises for each of these body parts and machines to use. You might consider free weights later

  If you are really sterile, no home remedies that work. Some women with PCOS found that if they lose weight and / or control their insulin levels with glucophage, which are able to ovulate and conceive without further treatment. (And many insurance plans cover fertility drugs that do not want to cover Glucophage).
