  • Increased respiratory rate and heart
  • Fluttering
  • Lump in throat, dry mouth
  • Tension in the chest, stomach cramps
  • Tingling of the extremities, muscle contraction
  • There are some folk remedies that can be used to combat anxiety in common situations. However, severe cases should be treated by a doctor.



Folk Remedies

  1. Remedy for Anxiety: It is popular to combat anxiety, three tablespoons of oatmeal boiled in ¼ liter of water to be having a cup before each meal.
