The purpose of a blister, like a muscle cramp, is warning that a certain activity performed must be reduced, as is forcing or hurting some part of the body being in this case, the skin.

- Cure for ampoules: Apply a layer of aloe vera gel if a blister bursts.
Recommendations
No burst, in general terms, the blister. To avoid the risk of infection, it is recommended not to pierce a blister. However, there are specialists who advise drain a blister if it is too large or is located in an area where body weight is recharged.
In this case, it is advisable to wash the blister with soap and water or pass a cotton swab with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. Then, prick with a needle disinfected with alcohol or with the flame of a match (The incision should be small, but appropriate to allow the liquid out) Thereafter, dry liquid with antiseptic gauze and then apply a small bandage with an opening in the middle for air to enter.
Do not remove the cover. If you have drained or burst the blister, do not remove the cover (the skin covering the blister), as the end zone very red, sensitive and irritated. It is best left to start protecting the skin until it heals completely.
Choose a single material for protection. Besides the natural skin covering the blister, cover it and protect it recommended a flexible adhesive bandage. However, when the bulb is too large, we suggest the sterile gauze and adhesive tape is used to fix them waterproof.
Ventilate a little blister. It is advisable to soak the blister in water and exposed outdoors for ventilation overnight in order to achieve faster healing.
Change wet or damp gauze. If sponges are wet for some reason, can be considered to be contaminated and should be changed. This means you need to change the gauze quite often if feet perspire heavily or activities that lead to sweating and wet.
As a preventive measure, we recommend the following:
Rubbing alcohol hand areas will be exposed to anything which is not usual.
Apply a piece of tape or pad over the area to be irritated by friction.
Try a template. The ampoules that appear on the back of the foot usually occur because the heel of the shoe rubs the heel of the foot in that area. It is therefore recommended to use a wedge in the appropriate place to raise her shoe heel.
Sprinkle powder or petroleum jelly. To avoid friction on the feet it is best to apply a baby powder before putting on socks. If there are exercises like running, playing a game of tennis or anything like and do not want to wear stockings, it is best protected with a layer of petroleum jelly or vaseline in areas prone to ampoules.
Using new media to new shoes. If it will debut a pair of shoes, the first thing to do is use new socks because they are preferably made from acrylic layers and are designed to absorb the friction foot is suffering. The old socks and other material may not be able to protect the feet of the new shoe friction. If you can not buy or get new socks, you are advised to get two pairs of socks.
Going to a doctor if you notice redness, swelling, heat and pain, because it might be an infection.
